On November 7, 2021, an employee was cutting peppers using a dicer machine. He changed the blade, turned on the machine, and put the peppers back into the machine when the blade contacted his right middle and index fingertips. The employee suffered an amputation without bone loss on his index fingertip and an amputation with bone loss on his middle fingertip.

On October 5, 2021, an employee was unloading products from the back of a box truck. He was on the lift gate with a dolly full of beer boxes; when he pressed the descend button, the dolly began moving away from him. As he tried to catch it, he fell off the lift gate with the dolly and the beer boxes. He suffered injuries to his shoulder, back, and leg and was hospitalized.

On July 11, 2019, an employee was laying an 8-foot, 36-inch diameter concrete pipe as an excavator was pulling the grade. As the excavator was setting the bucket (54-inch wide) down on the ground it pushed the employee towards the 36-inch pipe. The employee's lower back got caught between the bucket and the pipe. He sustained bruising and a contusion to his lower back and was hospitalized.
